New to Church?
Welcome! Whether you've just moved to the area, or have lived here all your life, we hope our website helps you to find out everything you need to know about MICC.
Where & when does the church meet?
WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY MEETING ON A SUNDAY WHILST SOCIAL DISTANCING IS THE GOVERNMENT'S ADVICE - USUALLY...
20 Brewer Street
Our Church meets every Sunday at 10:30am for our Sunday Service. There is a public car park next door. Go to the entrance on Brewer Street to find us.
We meet in the Methodist Community Centre, located at:
Kent ME14 1RU
You can see a map on our contact us page.
What should I expect when I visit the church?
You will receive a warm welcome at the door and a Welcomer will be able to answer your questions and direct you to where you need to go. We sing together, hear a talk and learn about practising Christian faith. After church, stay for tea and coffee when there is plenty of time to meet new people and ask more questions.
What happens for children?
Children stay with their parents during service. We have a creche where parents may take their children during the service. The audio from the church service is streamed to the creche next door. Approximately every other week we arrange a Sunday school for older children.
Is there a dress code?
No! Please just be yourself and come dressed in your 'normal' clothes.
Will I have to join in?
Not at all! You are free to simply observe.
I have more questions, how can I get in touch and ask them.
Please feel free to contact us.
